After twenty five years of nursing I became convinced that well-being and health must be more than just treating symptoms.
Travel and study in India and China strengthened this opinion. I began to comprehend the holistic unity of health and well-being connecting to aspects of life and experience beyond the purely medical.
Reflexology is not in competition with, or against conventional medicine.
I seek always to work alongside conventional practice with the active co-operation of GPs and consultants to develop care and well-being in those areas of concern to people, which do not readily respond to conventional intervention.
